St. Andrew's Outreach and Social Action Team
The Outreach & Social Action Team concentrates on “reaching out to people.”
With the help of many church members the team facilitates
[1] Volunteer teams that prepare and serve meals for the needy
[2] The providing of Christmas food vouchers to households in need
[3] The contributing of non-perishable foods for the local food bank
Using congregational Outreach givings the team distributes financial contributions to international, national and local charities.
We support the sales of Fair Trade coffees and teas, and we welcome guest speakers on Outreach Sunday.
The Outreach Team meets on the 4th Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m. in the church library. Guests and new members are always welcome.
